Our approach

ClaimReady helps you document your home and belongings. Home inventories can be sensitive, so we collect only the information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use inventory contents for advertising.

Information we process

• Account information: your identifier, name, email address, and sign-in provider when supplied by Apple or Google.
• Inventory information: room names, object descriptions, estimated values, photos, receipts, serial-number evidence, and related metadata you choose to add.
• Technical information: security, synchronization, error, and basic device information necessary to operate and protect the service.
• Support information: messages and information you provide when requesting help.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, save and synchronize your inventory, display your records across your devices, understand basic app usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, answer support requests, and comply with applicable law.

Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics in production builds to measure active and new users, app screens viewed, sign-in method, and whether an object was added or removed. Analytics uses a pseudonymous account identifier and basic device and usage information. We do not send names, email addresses, object or room names, inventory values, photos, filenames, or document contents to Analytics. We do not use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Storage and service providers

ClaimReady stores local app data on your device and uses Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, file storage, analytics, and hosting. Apple or Google processes sign-in information when you choose its sign-in method. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our behalf, when you direct us to, to protect ClaimReady and its users, or when legally required.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and inventory information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion through the support page. Deletion removes your account and associated cloud inventory, subject to limited legal, security, and backup retention requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Use the support page to make a request.

Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and platform security features designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure. ClaimReady is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

Changes and contact
