Using ClaimReady
These terms govern your use of ClaimReady. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple or Google account and for activity under your ClaimReady account. Notify us through Support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos, descriptions, receipts, and other content you add. You grant ClaimReady a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, access another person’s data, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful or malicious material, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, or use ClaimReady to violate another person’s rights.
Not insurance or professional advice
ClaimReady is an organizational tool. It is not an insurer, adjuster, valuation service, legal adviser, or guarantee that an insurer will accept a claim. Estimated values and completeness indicators are informational. You remain responsible for verifying coverage, valuations, records, and claim requirements with qualified professionals.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ClaimReady reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product evolves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using ClaimReady at any time and request account deletion through Support. We may terminate or restrict access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or a serious security risk.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClaimReady is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, coverage, or claim proceeds. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the effective date above. If a material change requires consent, we will request it. Questions can be sent through ClaimReady Support.
